WAR EXPERT: WE SHOULD PROPAGANDIZE GOODWILL SURRENDER AMONG ARMENIANS IN THE FRONT LINE AREA

Azerbaijan should propagandize goodwill surrender among Armenians in
the front line area, said chairman of the Union of reserve officers
and military expert Yashar Cafarli, commenting on the goodwill passing
of Armenian soldiers to the Azerbaijani territory.
According to him, the economic recession in Armenia started long ago
and especially deteriorated with the world financial crisis.
"Of course, this affects the material situation inside the
army. Moreover, we have earlier heard of the facts that the citizens
of Armenia do not want to serve in the occupied lands of another
country. We have repeatedly received such information during the
meetings between Azerbaijani and Armenian NGOs. Nevertheless, they
are sent there by force", noted the military expert.
Naturally, this causes resentment among young people and if for some
reason they fail to get rid of this share and have no other way out,
they pass to our side, said the expert. He noted that these are quite
normal and natural steps for people, who have been put to unbearable
conditions.
"I understand these people and I think they act correctly", noted
the military expert.
According to him, Azerbaijan should use this and propagandize goodwill
surrender among Armenians in the front line area.
