/PanARMENIAN.Net/ "Poaching", a documentary dedicated to Armenia's
wildfire was screened in Moscow cinema today on the initiative of
World Wildlife Fund (WWF).
"Poachers kill 3 or 4 mountain leopards in Armenia every year," said
Karen Manvelyan, head of WWF Yerevan Office. "We have been financing
projects to maintain reserves but we don't have enough human recourses
to control poachers."
The 15-minute film shot by ArtSight studio features cruelty toward
wildfire in Armenia, where 7 or 8 mountain leopards and 200 or 250
moufflons are left.
