OSCE MISSION CONDUCTS REGULAR MONITORING OF THE LINE OF CONTACT

On June 10, in accordance with the earlier achieved agreement with
the NKR authorities the OSCE mission conducted а regular monitoring
of the line of contact of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijani Armed
Forces in the direction of Fizouli, near Karakhanbeyli settlement,
Press Service of the NKR Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.
>From the positions of the NKR Defense Army the monitoring was
conducted by Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the
OSCE Chairman-in-Office Irji Aberle (Czech Republic) and Vladimir
Chuntulov (Bulgaria).
The monitoring passed in accordance with the planned schedule. However,
the Azerbaijani side did not lead the mission to its front-lines, to
the already concerted point, as a result of which the monitoring was
to be conducted from a farther distance. No violation of cease-fire
regime was registered.
>From the Karabakhi side the monitoring mission was accompanied by
representatives of the NKR Ministries of Defense and Foreign Affairs.
