/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Armenia will pay a high price for the mistakes
of the leadership, whose foreign policy experts failed to prevent
involvement into the hazardous game launched by Turkey and Azerbaijan,
with U.S. and Israel's support, New Times party leader Aram Karapetyan
said. "I was informed by reliable sources that in late 2008 head of
the Azerbaijani President's administration summoned governors of the
country's regions and instructed them to imitate a policy of negativism
against Turkey," he told a press conference in Yerevan today. "Calling
for simultaneous resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict and
normalization of the Armenian-Turkish relations, Azerbaijan and Turkey
want to kill two birds with one stone," he said, adding that the two
processes are separate and should by no means viewed as a whole.
