NARINE AGHABALIAN APPOINTED NKR MINISTER OF CULTURE AND YOUTH AFFAIRS

STEPANAKERT, JUNE 16, NOYAN TAPAN. On June 15, NKR President Bako
Sahakian signed a decree on relieving Lernik Hakobian of the post of
NKR Minister of Culture and Youth Affairs according to the latter's
application.
As Noyan Tapan was informed by the Press Service of the NKR President's
Staff, by Bako Sahakian's another decree of the same day Narine
Aghabalian was appointed NKR Minister of Culture and Youth Affairs.
