ALL OF ANC ARGUMENTS HAVE NO LEGAL GROUNDS

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Today RA CEC Head Garegin Azaryan had a news
conference at Central Election Committee. According to Azaryan,
ANC's demand to annul Yerevan Council of Elders' election results
has no legal grounds.
He noted that almost all of arguments brought by ANC, specifically,
voting of those who did not have Yerevan registration, or
discriminative attitude in inviting international observers are not
considered Election Code violations Azaryan noted that, according to RA
Election Code, those who do not have Yerevan registration, may address
CEC whitin time limits specified and receive permission to vote.
According to Azaryan, even if election results in 18 election centers
(out of total 438), where violations were registered, were found void,
the total result of elections will not be affected.
