/PanARMENIAN.Net/ A delegation from International Federation for
Human Rights (FIDH) has arrived in Armenia. Among delegation members
are Federation Chair Suer Belasen, Executive Director Antoine Bernard
and East and Central Asia Department Director Alexandra Kulaeva.

International human rights administration uniting over 150 organization
in over 100 countries has voted for conducting the 37th Human Rights
World Congress in Yerevan. This is the first time such congress is
held in Eastern Europe, and Armenia had the honor to host it on its
territory. Congress will focus on "Justice System", FIDH Executive
Director Antoine Bernard said, adding that justice established
groundwork for the development of democracy, respect for law and
    economic stability.

Within congress frameworks, about 400 human rights activists, including
ICC prosecutor and Senegal's former president will visit Armenia.
