AMERIABANK TO LOWER BUSINESS CREDIT RATE

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Ameriabank made an announcement to the
representatives of Armenian financial market offering to lower
USD business credit rates by 1%, Ameriabank press service told

The initiative aims to stimulate business and curb price increase
for imported goods.
Ameriabank CJSC, the ex - Armpimpexbank CJSC, is the legal successor of
the last Caucasian Commercial Bank subsidiary functioning in Yerevan
since 1910.
99,1% of Armpimpexbank stocks belong to TDA Holding Limited, affiliated
to Troika Dialogue Russian company. RA Ministry of Economy and Finance
is one the authorized capital owners of the bank.
The Bank is affiliated to Master Card international payment system,
ArСa national payment system and is an agent to Western Union
international money transfer system.
The bank's assets rose by 12.7 % in February 2009, and a by 15.7 %
for the two first months of 2009.
As of Sep.30, 2008 , bank aggregate capital comprises AMD 18 811 642,
bank assets - AMD 41 815 508, liabilities - AMD 23 003 866.
