Armenian government revises bankruptcy law
YEREVAN, March 6. /ARKA/. Armenia's Government approved Friday
amendments to the Law on Bankruptcy. According to RA Justice Minister
Gevorg Danielyan, the revisions aim at reducing corruption risks while
following bankruptcy procedures, as well as avoiding false bankruptcy
cases.
`Businessmen's opinions were taken into consideration when proposing
the amendments,' the minister added.
In his turn, RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan stressed the importance
of the revisions, adding the amended law would help eliminate
