Armenian Court of Appeals chairman resigns

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ During the sitting as of March 13, having discussed
the application regarding the resignation made by the chairman of RA
Civil Court of Appeal,Edward Muradyan, the Council of Justice of
Armenia proposed to Serzh Sargsyan, the president of Armenia, to
deprive Muradyan of the power as per his application, reports Alina
Yengoyan, press secretary of RA Court of Cassation.
According to part 4 of the article 167 of RA judicial code, the judge
leaves his post as per his application. Edward Muradyan was appointed
chairman of Civil Court of Appeal by the decree of the RA President as
of November 15, 2007.
