The exhibition in Yerevan to feature illustrations for Eghishe Charents works

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ An exhibition launched in Eghishe Charents Museum to
honor 112th anniversary of great Armenian poet. The exhibition
featured Charents' manuscripts, once saved by Regina Ghazaryan, as
well as unpublished illustrations of Armenian painters for Eghishe
Charents' works.
Among the exhibits displayed were illustrations to " Yerkir Nairi "
novel, created by Karen Smbatyan, Robert Elbakyan, Genrikh Mamyan and
sketches for `Ambokhnere Khelagarvats' radio poem and `Hakadrutyun'
ballet.
Following the exhibition, a classical concert featuring opera
performances was held. The works featured included songs based on
writer's lyrics as well as his favorite songs.
