    Judge is not offended anymore
    [06:27 pm] 10 March, 2009

Out of the seven political prisoners charged with the `Case of Seven'
only Grigor Voskerchyan was brought to court today. Grigor Voskerchyan
did everything he could to `insult' the judge, but in vain. Judge
Martirosyan simply gave the political prisoner a warning in court for
not standing up for the judge.

Grigor Voskerchyan's attorney Stepan Voskanyan was not present in
court either. Voskanyan asked the court yesterday to take into
consideration the fact that the defendant's side is taking part in
other trials when setting a date for the next trial. Judge Martirosyan
did not pay attention to that and left.

Today, he said that Stepan Voskanyan made a decision on his own to not
take part in today's trial and left for Akhaltskha for another
trial. Grigor Voskerchyan declared today that he does not want to take
part in the trial without his attorney. Accuser Koryun Piloyan stated
that the accusing side was convinced yesterday that one of the
attorneys was not going to take part in today's trial so that the
    trial would be postponed again.

Yesterday Judge Martirosyan removed five of the political prisoners of
the `Case of Seven' for ten days, including Alexander Arzumanyan,
Myasnik Malkhasyan, Sasun Mikayelyan, Hakob Hakobyan and Suren
Sirunyan, while Shant Harutyunyan's case was quashed until Harutyunyan
brings a statement of the conclusion of the forensic medicine
    experiment.
