MINISTER OF DIASPORA MEETS WITH CHARGE D'AFFAIRES OF KAZAKHSTAN TO RA

YEREVAN, MARCH 17, NOYAN TAPAN. A round table on the subject
Interethnic and Interreligious Solidarity Kazakh Model will be held on
March 18 in Armenia jointly with the Ministry of Kazakhstan in RA and
RA National Academy of Sciences Institute of Philosophy, Sociology, and
Law. According to the RA Ministry of Diaspora Press Office, Nurbolat
Alimbayev, Charge d'Affaires of Kazakhstan to RA, said this at the
meeting with RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobian. Issues related
to Armenian-Kazakh friendly relations, in particular, those regarding
development of partnership with the Armenian community of Kazakhstan
were discussed at the meeting, in which Embassy Adviser Kartay Khairov
also participated. The positive tendencies of activity of houses
of culture organized by the Armenian community in Kazakhstan and of
their future developments were also discussed. Both sides mentioned
the role of the Armenians living in Kazakhstan in the respect of
their active involvement in country's public-political, economic,
cultural life, and especially the invaluable role of Kazakhstan's
Armenian state-political figure Levon Mirzoyan was mentioned, whose
work continues up to this day.
