PACE MONITORING MISSION ARRIVES IN BAKU

The Monitoring Mission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of
Europe (PACE) arrives in Baku on 17 March. PACE mission will monitor
the referendum on the changes and amendments to the Constitution of
Azerbaijan on 18 March. The working party "Eni Azerbaijan" took the
initiative to hold the referendum.
