NATIONAL ASSEMBLY DEPUTY IS SURE U.S. TO RECOGNIZE ARMENIAN GENOCIDE

The Deputy of National Assembly and the secretary of "Prosperous
Armenia" fraction Aram Safaryan says it is high time for the President
of the United States Aram Safaryan and his Administration to recognize
Armenian Genocide. He says he is sure that the U.S. President will
use "genocide" term in his speech on 24 April. "The U.S. President's
Administration today has more favorable approach to this issue than
ever. If Turkey wants to create obstacles, they should try hard,"
he said. The Deputy says that he has optimistic attitude because
Barack Obama and his supporters have promised to American Armenians
to recognize Armenian Genocide.
