PREMIER OF ARMENIA RELIEVES REPRESENTATIVES OF DASHNAKTSUTYUN FROM THEIR POSITIONS IN EXECUTIVE POWERS

YEREVAN
Premier of Armenia Tigran Sargsyan relieved representatives of the
Armenian Revolutionary Federation Dashnaktsutyun from their positions
in the executive powers and territorial management, ARKA was told by
press-service of the Government on Monday.
Bagrat Yesayan was relieved from the position of Deputy Minister
of education and Science by the decision of the Premier. By another
decision Manuk Lazarian, ex-Director of the Center for Assessment
and Testing, was appointed to that same position.
David Yeritsyan was relieved from the position of Deputy Minister
of Transport and Communication, and Hakob Matilyan was relieved from
the position of Deputy Minister of Nature Protection.
Artak Chobanyan, Artashes Nikoyan and Zohrab Torosyan were relived
from the positions of deputy governors of Ararat, Gegharkunik and
Lori regions respectively.
On April 27 Armenian Revolutionary Federation Dashnaktsutyun announced
its withdrawal from the coalition in power. The party refused from all
offices in the legislative powers, including positions of Vice-Speaker
and Chairmen of Parliamentary Commissions.
