The UN Czech presidency convened a summit in Prague on May 7 where
the heads of the participant states into the UN and the Eastern
Partnership (Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, and Belarus) will
sign a declaration on the launch of the Eastern Partnership.
The UN plans to allocate 600 million dollars for the finance of the
goals of the Eastern Partnership until 2013. But the implementation
of the Eastern Partnership will need additional measures.
The Eastern Partnership will include a wide range of "actors"-
executive, legislative governments, non-governmental organizations,
international financial institutions, etc.
