Manvel Yeghiazaryan: We do not want war, but we are ready to fight
again and even die if necessary

`I'm very glad that my name is linked to the Artsakh War. We do not
want war, but if it is imposed on us, we will again become the same
soldiers that won the war 17 years ago. We have that spirit and people
to propagate that spirit,' commander of the `Arabo' detachment Manvel
Yeghiazaryan told a press conference today.
The commander was unable to describe what was happening on the
battlefield in 1992. `It is nearly impossible. I can only say that we
were realizing one thing ` that we had to win, that the Armenian man
was to defend his home and motherland, that joking with Armenians was
not an easy thing,' Manvel Yeghiazaryan said.
Manvel Yeghiazaryan assures that the same spirit and readiness exists
today. `We do not want war, but the contemporary world has proved that
it is the power that bears the law, and if they again impose war on us,
we are ready to fight again and even die,' said the soldier of the
liberation war.
