PACE special envoy on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict Goran Lennmarker
says there is no need to change format of the OSCE Minsk Group on
the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Arka reported.
Lennmarker told reporters in Yerevan while commenting on possible
involving of Turkey to negotiations that "the talks are held within
the Minsk Group which is an important factor."
"I think there is no need to change this format. But there is a
need to assist with the process if any third party is involved,"
Lennmarker said.
