PRIME MINISTER TIGRAN SARGSYAN ON WORKING VISIT TO UNITED STATES

ArmInfo. RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan-led delegation's working
visit kicked off in the United States of America. The head of
government is in the USA to attend ArmTech - 2009 business forum,
the Government press-service told ArmInfo.
On the first day of the program, Tigran Sargsyan met with President of
Lincy Foundation Jay Rackow and First Vice-President, Harut Sasounyan
in Los Angeles. The sides discussed a bilateral cooperation- related
agenda. Lincy Foundation is funded by Kirk Kirkoryan, a US billionaire
Armenian by origin. The first program implemented in Armenia in
2001-2003 cost $150 million. The second program worth $60 million
was implemented in 2006-2008.
Dedicated to the development of high technologies, ArmTech - 2009 will
take place in San Jose which is the heart of the Silicon Valley. The
Prime Minister-headed Armenian delegation includes Chief of Government
Staff David Sargsyan, Minister of Economy Nerces Yeritsyan, other
dignitaries.
