PRESIDENT OF ARMENIA: CENTURY LONG ARMENIAN-GEORGIAN FRIENDSHIP MAKES US TO DEEPEN OUR RELATIONS

ArmInfo. Today Georgia's Ambassador to Armenia Grigol Tabatadze
delivered his credentials to the President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan.
As press-service of the president reported, Serzh Sargsyan said
at the meeting that the century long Armenian-Georgian friendship
makes these two peoples to deepen their relations. For his part, the
ambassador emphasized that President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili
thinks development of friendly relations with Armenia is very much
important, as they have no alternative. Tabatadze also added that
political leadership of his country highly appreciates the foreign
political course of the president of Armenia. They touched on the
problems of the Armenian-Georgian relations on the agenda and the
activity of the inter-governmental commission.
