ArmInfo. "We have said for a long time that we do not see any
individual country and Russia included as a threat," Robert Simmons,
NATO Secretary General Special Representative for South Caucasus and
Central Asia, told ArmInfo.
"It is the only point for instance in Norway the Russian troops and
the Norwegians troops, NATO troops had always had a border. So, the
fact, that in fact Russian troops and NATO troops share common border
when we have threat situation when we had 20 years ago since the end
of the Cold War means that is not a particularly difficult issue,"
Simmons said.
