ARMENIAN AMERIA JOINS CIS LEADING COUNSEL NETWORK

YEREVAN, November 9, /ARKA/. Ameria cjsc told ARKA news agency last
week that it was placed on the list of nine leading legal firms in
the former Soviet republics, which will join the new professional
CIS Leading Counsel Network (LCN).
According to a press release by Ameria cjsc, the LCN network will
expand the opportunities for delivering consulting services and will
also allow each of these firms to work effectively with customers
beyond their national jurisdictions.
CIS Leading Counsel Network comprises Ameria from Armenia, FINA LLP
from Azerbaijan, Vlasova, Mikhel and Partners from Belarus, Aequitas
from Kazakhstan, Kalikova & Associates from Kyrgyzstan, Turcan & Turcan
from Moldova, Yegorov, Puginsky, Afanasiev and Partners from Russia,
Ð~PСТ from Turkmenistan and RULG-Ukrainian Legal Group from Ukraine.
The goal of the network to be chaired by a rotating chairperson
is to combine the international professional standards with unique
experience of each participating legal firm at their national markets.
The founding assembly of CIS Leading Counsel Network was held September
28 at the Moscow office of Yegorov, Puginsky, Afanasiev and Partners,
which was recognized the legal firm of year in Russia and CIS by The
Lawyer European Awards 2009 version.
Armenian Ameria is a leading consulting company on Armenian market
actively working in spheres of corporate restructuring, merging
and absorption, legal consulting, direct and portfolio investments,
