40.3 BILLION DRAMS ALLOCATED TO TRANSPORT AND COMMUNICATION SECTOR UNDER 2010 DRAFT STATE BUDGET OF ARMENIA

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 9, NOYAN TAPAN. Under the 2010 draft state budget of
Armenia, it is envisaged allocating 40.3 billion drams to transport
and communication sector (including the projects implemented with
loans and grants from foreign sources) which is less by 5.3bn drams
compared to the actual sum expected for 2009. 25bn drams of the
indicated sum are funds from foreign sources, which exceeds the
actual index expected for 2009 by 5.9bn drams. Expenditures in the
amount of remaining 15bn drams will be incurred from domestic sources,
First Deputy Minister of Finance Pavel Safarian said at the November
6 joint sitting of the National Assemly Standing Committees.
The 2010 draft state budget was calculated based on the settlement
exchange rate of 376 drams per dollar.
