MINISTER NALBANDIAN MEETS OUTGOING UN RESIDENT COORDINATOR

On November 13 the Foreign Minister of Armenia, Edward Nalbandian,
received Consuelo Vidal, outgoing UN Resident Coordinator and UNDP
Permanent Representative in Armenia.
Minister Nalbandian highly appreciated Mrs. Vidal's work over the
four years of her tenure in office and expressed gratitude for her
contribution to the development programs of Armenia. He attached
importance to the programs implemented in Armenia by different UN
agencies.
For her part, Consuelo Vidal expressed gratitude for the brilliant
cooperation between Armenia and UNDP, stressing that she's leaving
Armenia with warm memories.
Minister Nalbandian awarded Consuelo Vidal with a Memorial Medal of
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
