ARMENTEL SPONSORS THE YOUTH PATRIOTIC EDUCATION PROJECT

ArmInfo. ArmenTel CJSC (Beeline) is the general sponsor of the Armenian
youth patriotic education project implemented by "Azatamartik" NGO
in October-November 2009.
Children of the Artsakh freedom-fighters visited the bordering Armenian
villages of Chinari, Paravakar, Kirants and Voskepar as part of the
project. Anush Begloyan, ArmenTel Public Relations Service, says the
company highlights the importance of the project. "To build a bright
future, one should not forget about the past of his Motherland,"
she says. "This project gave an opportunity to our youth to meet
with the people that fought and survived the Artsakh war. This has
become a special lesson of patriotism for all those involved in the
project," President of Azatamartik NGO says. As part of the project
freedom-fighters were awarded, principals and teachers of schools
who were living and teaching even in condition of war were given
certificates of gratitude. The participants in the project visited
the Memorial for the Freedom- Fighters. The first-form pupils of the
bordering villages were presented with books and school supplies.
