Serzh Sargsyan had a phone conversation with RA People's Artist,
Merited Figure of Culture, Chairman of the RA Union of Composers
Robert Amirkhanian. According to RA President's Press Office,
S. Sargsyan congratulated the composer on the occasion of his 70th
birth anniversary, wished him good health and further creative success.
