As regards the concerns of come political forces about linking of the
Armenian-Turkish and Karabakh processes, the president said: "There is
an exact format of negotiations for settlement of the Karabakh
conflict. The initialed protocols bear no relation to the problem of
Artsakh. Evidently there is no slightest hint of Nagorny Karabakh." The
president said the stand of the Armenian party is clear: the issue of
the Karabakh conflict settlement is not and cannot be in the spectrum
of the Armenian-Turkish relations. "Moreover, the Karabakh process
requires hard and long work, which allows supposing that signing of an
agreement on settlement of this issue is not realistic for the near
