REPUBLICAN DEPUTY: WHAT PRECONDITIONS IT GOES ABOUT?

"Unfortunately, some Armenian political forces say, preconditions
are put forth in the protocols. What preconditions it goes about if
yesterday night the President of the world's biggest country stated
during the telephone conversation with the Armenian President there
will be no preconditions and Karabakh conflict has nothing to do with
this issue," Mkrtich Minasyan, a Republican faction deputy said today
as speaking about the Armenian-Turkish relations.
"Nobody can say there are no concerns, yes, there are concerns. Let's
imagine for a second, the so-called knots do not exist: shouldn't we
have concerns as regulating our relations with Turkey?" he enquired.
According to the deputy, no social, economic or political expansion
by the Turkish party should be observed.
