The Ramkavar Azatakan-Armenakan party uniting conference taken place
from October 3 to 5 declared itself the founding conference of RAK
World Council and decided:
a) To set up a RAK World Council
b) To elect executive body of the RAK World Council
It was decided that the Executive body will be composed of 11 members,
6 of which will represent the Diaspora and 5-Armenia. The head Office
of the RAK World Council executive body will be situated in Yerevan.
A parliamentary conference of the RAK World Council will be convened
in Yerevan in October 2010.
