    BAKILILAR.AZ POSTS FAKE HYPERLINKS

Azerbaijan's Bakililar.Az has recently posted a news article titled
"Turkey's President Abdullah Gul doesn't rule out that his country
will choose Norway's way" which says that President Gul thinks his
nation may change its mind to join the EU.

"Turkey, probably, will not have a wish to be EU-member and will follow
Norway's example," quotes Bakililar.Az citing Turkish IHLAS agency.

Such a statement couldn't be overlooked especially after Gul's last
statement made in interview to AFP Agency on the eve of his visit to
France. Then Gul announced intentions to translate EU's achievements
in Turkey and its adjoining regions:

"Our priority is to put into practice what we learned from the
European Union. We are focused on this aim since we came to power,"
    Gul told AFP.

"Its common values are democracy, human rights and the supremacy of
the rule of law. It is on this basis that we have built our relations
    with Europe.

"... it also plays a role in spreading these values in the region,"
he said suggesting Turkish membership could improve ties with the
    Middle East.

After all, it was found out that Turkish IHLAS Agency doesn't have any
quote of above-marked statements that Bakililar.Az posts. Agency has
just released the detailed report on Gul's visit to France accepting
France's President Nicolas Sarkozy's invitation, besides Turkish
cultural season is held in France from this week.

"After negotiation process has started our nation has plenty of
tasks. So to bring Turkey to EU-member state level is our goal."

However, Turkey's President does speak about Norway's example,
which is quoted by Cumhuriyet newspaper, in his turn, citing Anadolu
Agency. In particular Gul mentioned that after talks EU-states had
made an agreement to hold a referendum. "We respect this decision,"
said President Gul. "It may happen that Turkey, Turkish people on the
very decisive day will not prefer EU-membership like Norway.â ocess,"
    he declared.

Obviously, experiencing relationship tension between Azerbaijan
and Turkey enters its active phase; it's especially clear in cyber-
    and media-spaces.
