THE ARMENIAN AND AZERBAIJANI PRESIDENTS TO MEET IN CHISINAU

In the frameworks of the summit of the CIS member states, which will
launch today in Chisinau, the capital city of Moldova, the Presidents
of Armenia and Azerbaijan Serzh Sargsyan and Ilham Aliyev will meet.
Besides that the trilateral meeting Sargsyan - Aliyev - Medvedev will
be held, during which will be discussed the present situation of the
regulation of the Karabakh issue.
The Armenian side does not expect any turning step from this
meeting. In Paris RA President Serzh Sargsyan during his meeting with
the representatives of the Armenian colonies and organizations of
Europe mentioned that "The process of the regulation of the Artsakh
issue need a lot of work yet, of which we can suppose that in the
near future the signing of the regulation agreement is not real."
The last meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents was in
Moscow on July 17 in 2009. On this meeting were present also the
foreign ministers of the two countries and the OSCE Minsk group
co-chairs.
