THE CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF THE ARMENIAN DEMOCRATIC LIBERAL PARTY-
RAMGAVAR AZADAGAN- MEETS WITH HIS HOLINESS ARAM I
Monday 5 October the Chairperson Mr.Mike Kharabian and the members of the
Central Committee of the Ramgavar Azadagan Party met with his Holiness Aram
I in Antelias. Conversations centered around the recent developments in
Armenia-Turkey relations and their impact on Armenian Diaspora. The
representatives of the Party stated that Armenia could not take decisions
regarding Turkey that would undermine the just demands of the Armenian
people. In response His Holiness Aram I informed them that in his recent
statement regarding this issue he had expressed a similar concern and
insisted that this initiative should not divide Armenians.
