"Even if the Armenian-Turkish protocols are signed, their
implementation will be impossible," ex-Defense Minister of Nagorno
Karabakh Samvel Babayan is confident. Speaking about the Armenian
Turkish relations, he urged to closely follow the process of settlement
of the Karabakh issue.
According to Samvel Babayan, the Armenian Turkish border will not
be opened without Karabakh settlement. He considers that the threat
of concessions in the Karabakh issue will become more tangible after
the protocols are signed and ratified.
