wide format with participation of two countries' foreign ministers -

Mamedyarov, the Co-Chairs of OSCE Minsk Group Yuri Merzlyakov (Russia),
Bernard Fassier (France) and Robert Bradke (USA), and Personal
Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk.

Then followed one-on-one meeting between President Sargsyan and
President Aliyev with further rejoin of Co-Chairs of OSCE Minsk Group
    and foreign ministers.

During the three-hour talks the sides expressed constructive
willingness to continue negotiations on peaceful settlement of
    Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

At brief conference, hold after meeting, the Co-Chairs announced
that Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders' talk, based on principles of
international law and Helsinki Final Act, is ongoing with focusing on
issues which still have not reached the agreement. They also declared
that negotiations on Karabakh can no way be linked to Armenian-Turkish
dialogue as these are two separated processes with their completely
    different logic.
