ARA HAKOBYAN APPOINTED AN AMBASSADOR TO INDIA

The President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on October 10 signed a
decree on appointing Ara Hakobyan an ambassador extraordinary and
plenipotentiary of Armenia to Indian republic seat in New Delhi,
