ARF VERSION OF POSTPONING SIGNING CEREMONY

"What has happened in Zurich? As we understood, the following
happened. We don't speak about the speech after the signing of the
protocols, otherwise our side would not know what the other side was
planning to say. We are speaking about the changes recommended by the
Turkish side or to be more precise, the stipulations. The stipulation
should be handed to the other side in written form during the signing
ceremony. Armenian Foreign Minister did not manage to leave his hotel
when the Turkish side handed the paper, that's why Armenian side did
not go to the signing place which postponed the signing ceremony,"
the director of ARF Cause office Giro Manoyan told the reporters.
Giro Manoyan says taking into consideration the changing
recommendation; Armenian side should have rejected the signing.
It's worth mentioning that Tigran Balayan, the head of Armenian Foreign
Ministry PR department declared that because of some unacceptable
definitions for the Armenian side the signing ceremony was postponed.
