YEREVAN, OCTOBER 13, ARMENPRESS: Prime Minister of Turkey Recep Tayyip
Erdogan stated today that the Turkish people will meet the Armenian
president and will see him off with hospitality characteristic to
the Turks.
"We will meet and see off Sargsyan and the others in a spirit of
hospitality peculiar to Turks," Erdogan said.
He expressed assurance that in Turkey-Armenia football game the
Turkish public will display a behavior peculiar to citizens of great
country. "There will be also those who will be guided by their own
political interests but I believe that residents of Bursa will ignore
such like speculations," the Turkish prime minister said. He also
expressed assurance that the football game will contribute to the
normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations.
