YEREVAN, October 15. /ARKA/. On Thursday, Armenian government set
rules for gauging economic effect of normative acts, including small-
and mid-scale business.
Nerses Yeritsyan, the economy minister, said the ministry will gauge
the effect in three stages - preliminary analysis, assessment of
expenses and profits and estimation of results.
Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan said the matter has repeatedly been
discussed in Armenian parliament, and the rules are needed to plug
a legislative hole.
The premier said that the rules will be tested in a pilot regime in
2009 and 2010.
