NEW TIMES PARTY DEMANDS PUBLICATION OF FINAL TEXT OF ARMENIA-TURKEY PROTOCOLS SIGNED IN ZURICH

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 19, NOYAN TAPAN. The board of New Times party on
October 19 sent an open letter to Armenian Foreign Minister Edward
Nalbandian, demanding that the final text of the Armenia-Turkey
protocols signed in Zurich be published in the press.
"Rumors are already circulating that new provisions, which
were absent in the pre-signed documents, have been added to the
obviously anti-Armenian protocols you signed in Zurich on 10 October,
2009. In this situation, based on the respective provisions of the
RA Constitution (Chapter 1, Articles 1,2,3,5,6,7) and given the fact
that this document affects the vital interests of each Armenian in
Armenia and Artsakh, we demand that the final text of the protocols
signed by you in Zurich on 10 October 2009 be published in the press,"
is said in the letter of New Times party's board.
