HOW GRAPE IS BOUGHT

This year, everyone's attention was focused on the grape and the
question on its sale. The point is that some wine and brandy factories
announced just from the beginning that they were not going to buy
grape because they are not able to sell their product. But this is
not the whole problem. As a rule, the factories stipulate contracts
with farmers with which the farmer is obliged to sell a certain amount
of harvest at a certain price that is set by the contract. This year,
they did not stipulate contracts with many farmers. During the harvest,
they bought grape at a very low price from those with whom they did
not have contracts proceeding from the point that the villager does
not have other choice.
After the farmers started protesting closing the Ararat highway, Serge
Sargsyan visited the factories and asked them to buy the harvest in
addition at a price for the farmers to have profit, in other words
at least at 100 dram. After this, some move was made but the protest
continued. The reason was that the factories established the price-
130 dram but paid only 90. Villagers said those responsible for grape
gave the regular numbers at 20, 000 dram. They also said that there
were cases when for example after the number 20, it was not the turn
of the 21 but 20a, 20b etc.
P.S. One of the farmers is the father of the soldier Tigran Abgaryan
who died on March 1. He also faced the same problems as the others.
Interestingly, what does the feudal government think about this and
other questions like this one?
