ARMENIA WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE INTERNATIONAL TOURISM EXHIBITION IN LONDON

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 21, ARMENPRESS: Armenia will participate in the
international tourism exhibition in London November 9-12. Manager
of the Armenian Tourism Development Agency Anahit Petrosyan told
Armenpress that 5 tour-operators will participate from Armenia. For
the first time Nagorno Karabakh will participate in the exhibition
with a separate pavilion.
A. Petrosyan said participation in such international exhibition
is very important for Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh as it creates an
opportunity to present the country, novelties in the tourism sphere,
new tourism packages.
The main goal of the exhibition is to promote the development of
national, regional and international tourism.
During the 2008 exhibition the organizers registered 48,000 specialized
visitors. Already for the second time within the framework of the
exhibition "Travel Technology" prize giving ceremony will be held
the winner of which will be the organization offering new and best
solutions in tourism sphere. Armenia is participating in the exhibition
from 2001
