ANOTHER ATTEMPT BY AKIF NAGI TO WORK OUT HIS FEE FAILS

ArmInfo. The so-called "Karabakh Liberation Organization" (KLO)
attempted to hold a rally to protest the Armenian Deputy Foreign
Minister's visit to Azerbaijan on Thursday. Trend News reports the
police broke up the rally of the KLO which took place in front of
the Hotel Hyatt Regency that hosts the meeting of the Council of
Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Organization of Black Sea Economic
Cooperation (BSEC), with the participation of Armenian Deputy Foreign
Minister Arman Kirakosyan. The police arrested KLO Chairman Akif Nagi.

The protest was connected with the Armenian-Turkish protocols signed in
Zurich. The KLO believes that Turkey has severely damaged Azerbaijan's
interests and betrayed it by signing the Protocols with Armenia,
    A. Nagi said earlier.

Earlier the notorious "Karabakh Liberation Organization" (KLO)
organized an action of protest not far from the Turkish Embassy
(the patriot-picketers were not allowed closer to the embassy) with
"patriotic" slogans "Turkey Don't Sell Karabakh to Armenians!" "Shame
on Turkish Authorities!" "Karabakh or Death!" In addition, the
bloodthirsty picketers carried with them the portraits of the Turkish
president, prime minister and foreign minister. To make their protest
action more attractive the picketers scored the portraits through with
black thick lines and then demonstratively threw them on the ground,
trampled underfoot and burned. The action lasted 10 minutes and was
dispersed by the police (by means of batons). Several picketers were
detained together with KLO Chairman Akif Nagi, who has been detained
    not for the first time.

Azerbaijan, Bulgaria and Turkey will be represented at OBSEC meeting
by foreign ministers Elmar Mammadyarov, Rumiana Jeleva and Ahmet
Davutoglu. During the meeting the Russian delegation will be headed
by the first deputy foreign minister Andrey Denisov. Armenia, Greece,
Georgia, Romania, Serbia and Ukraine will be represented by deputy
foreign ministers of these countries, Albania - by secretary general
of the foreign ministry, Moldova - by state minister.
