ArmInfo. Every company should make efforts for the talented people not
to leave the company and country, VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph
Yirikian told journalists during today's Conference "Talent Management"
in Yerevan. 'It is not so difficult to seek for talents but to keep
them. One should do its best for the talented people not to leave
the company and the country. Every company, every corporate citizen
must aspire for creation of such work conditions for the talents
to be able to improve. This will create an internal cooperation in
the company that will favourably affect its development. At today's
forum, we want to share our experience of corporate responsibility
with other companies of Armenia', R. Yirikian added.
The "Talent Management" conference is held under the patronage of
the RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan. VivaCell-MTS and ACBA-Credit
Agricole Bank are the General Partners of the conference.
