NEW TIMES PARTY LEADER OFFICIALLY DELIVERS REPORT ON MARCH, 2008, EVENTS TO CE SPECIAL REPRESENTATIVE TO ARMENIA

ArmInfo. New Times oppositional party leader Aram Karapetyan met
Special Representative of CE Secretary General to Armenia Silvia Zehe
on October 26.
As the party's press service reports, A. Karapetyan officially
delivered the Armenian and English versions of his report on March,
2008, events to S. Zehe. The report was addressed to PACE and related
to principal disagreement with the final report of the Interim
Parliamentary Commission on March 1-2 events.
To recall, New Times party leader presented the final report, which
differs from the Interim Commission's report, on September 28. It says,
in particular, that the persons, directly related to the indicated
events, have never been examind, despite the fact that the Interim
Commission held 47 sessions and 64 working meetings over the whole
period of its activity.
