NEW DIRECTIONS OF ECONOMIC COOPERATION WERE OUTLINED

Today, the NKR Prime Minister has received the Rector of
Armenian-Russian Slavonic University, the RA Ex Prime Minister Armen
Darbinyan and accompanying him officials. They had arrived in Artsakh
to become familiarized with the socio-economic state existent in
the second Armenian Republic, and to specify prospects of their
participation in a number of programmes.
The head of the NKR Government presented the state activities being
implemented in different branches of the economy, touched upon the
issues to be settled through additional means and realization of new
ideas. A.Darbinyan expressed readiness in rendering assistance, in
particular, to the spheres of small and middle business, agriculture
and high technologies, foreign investments and re maintenance of
modern mechanisms. The necessity of involvement of new crediting
resources with low interest rate was emphasized.
The NKR Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Finance S.Tevosyan, the NKR
Minister of Economic Development B. Babayan and the RA Ex Minister
of Finance and Economy Ed. Sandoyan were present at the meeting.
