STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 29, NOYAN TAPAN. By the NKR President Bako
Sahakian's decree of October 29, Olympic champion, three times
European champion Vladimir Yengibarian has been awarded a Vachagan
Barepasht medal for his significant contribution to the foundation
and development of the Armenian boxing school, the Central Information
Department of the Office of the NKR President reported.
