AMERIABANK TO OPEN 9 ATMS MORE IN YEREVAN AND BEYOND IT

YEREVAN, October 29, /ARKA/. Ameriabank said in a press release that
it operates now 32 ATMs and will open two more soon, one in Ararat
and another in Vardenis. Overall, the bank will open 9 ATMs more
before the end of the year.
At the beginning of 2009 Ameriabank had 20 ATMs, 17 in Yerevan and
three outside it. Today it has 26 ATMs in Yerevan and 6 in provincial
towns.
The press release said along with expansion of ATMs network, the
number and volume of transactions via ATMs in the first nine months
of this year tripled from a year before. The bank said it has also
doubled the number of issued plastic cards.
Ameriabank is an investment corporate bank, offering investment,
corporate and limited retail banking services. Its chairman of board
of directors is Ruben Vardanian, chairman of the directorate is
Artak Anesian. Its strategic partner is one of the biggest Russian
investment banking companies-Troika Dialogue.
