WANTED MP SURRENDERED TO ARMENIAN AUTHORITIES

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ MP Khachatur Sukiasyan has surrendered to
authorities, Spokesperson of RA General Prosecutor's Office Sona
Truzyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent.
Sukiasyan voluntarily gave himself up to special investigative service
and was put under arrest.
According to Truzyan, MP was accused of crimes prescribed by Section
1, Article 225 of RA Criminal Code (Organization of mass disorder,
accompanied with violence, pogroms, arson, destruction or damage to
property, using fire-arms, explosives or explosive devices, or by
armed resistance to the representative of the authorities).
Macro-entrepreneur and RA parliament member Khachatur Sukiasyan was
being searched by the Police for being involved in organization of
March 1-2 mass disorders in Yerevan.
