YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 3, ARMENPRESS: Armenian Prime Minister Tigran
Sargsyan at the session of the government assigned Urban Ministry to
announce in near future a tender for construction of new building for
"Small Mher" educational complex. The prime minister said that it is a
successful circle for creating an opportunity of patriotic upbringing
thus it is important to support the expansion of the complex.
Tigran Sargsyan said that specialists from the Urban Ministry
visited the building of the complex to view the possibilities of
its expansion. By the announced tender the project suggesting best
architectural solution will be selected and will be brought to life
by the means involved from donor organizations.
The second tender refers to the creation of catalogues of individual
houses established by the state. "In Armenia we often see individual
electric-built houses. In any village each person builds a house
according to his ideas and opportunities - that is to say without
project and recalculation and it is explained with the circumstance
that very often especially in rural communities our citizens economize
financial means. They do not have means to order projects. In future
this people face serious issues or elementary security issues,"
the prime minister said, offering as a solution to have in Armenia
a state-approved catalog of typical individual houses in Armenia.
The projects of these houses will be approved by the Armenian
government and if while building houses the citizens select one of
the catalog's typical projects from the beginning it will be accepted
that they passed all the tests and no issues will rise in future.
The prime minister said that in near future a tender will be
announced for forming the projects of houses, the best 10 and more
will be selected and approved by the government. The catalog will be
published and distributed in all provinces, communities and will be
placed in internet.
